Easy Program Registration

It's simple and easy to register for our programs. You can either:

• Register online using our secure eReg system (you'll need your Playcard number, PIN and a VISA or MasterCard).
• Call 604-987-Play (7529).
• Register in person at any North Vancouver recCentre or Community Centre.

Hassle-free Refund Policy

If your plans have changed, we may be able to give you a refund or issue you a credit depending on what you've registered for and when you request a refund.

General Programs & Daycamps

• Full Refund. Request to withdraw more than five days prior to the scheduled start date of a program or daycamp.
• Partial Refund. Request to withdraw five days or less prior to the scheduled start date of a program or daycamp and before the second class. The refund will be the program fee less the charge for one class.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or credits cannot be issued after the second class of a program or daycamp has taken place. One-day program fees cannot be refunded.

Fitness Membership

• Monthly. Refund prorated on a weekly basis.
• Three-Month. Refund prorated on a daily basis after the end of the second month. A processing fee applies to any refund requested in the first two months.
• Annual. Refund prorated on a daily basis after the end of the fourth month. A processing fee applies to any refund requested in the first four months.
