Volunteer Opportunities
The John Braithwaite Community Centre is a partnership between the North Vancouver Recreation Commission, the North Shore Neighbourhood House and the City of North Vancouver. We deliver social and recreational programs and services.
Some of the many areas in which our volunteers play an essential support role include:
Seniors' Centre
- Golden Circle | Arts and Crafts, Kitchen Help
- Computer Classes | Instructor, Tutors
- Bus Trips | Drivers, Tour Guides
- Wednesday and Friday's Lolo Bistro | Cooking, Kitchen Help & Host/Hostess
- Steady Feet and Feet in Motion, Walking and Balance programs
- Peer Support Program
